The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center is among the nation’s finest Civil Rights museums. Daily tours run from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Don’t miss our curator’s talk and exhibit on “Black Exploitation through Currency.” Artifacts will be shared in a pop-up exhibit on the various usages of items used as money that aided in the slave trade, as well as items utilizing black caricatures in marketing.

This History Festival Special Event will take place on the second floor of the museum on Friday, May 12, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
