Dr. Denise Bossy in her office with Indigenous artifacts Denise Bossy, PhD of the University of North Florida will give the first lecture in a two-part series celebrating the newly opened Camino de Las Americas entitled, Before, During, and After the Camino Reales: Indigenous Women and Indigenous Networks across La Florida,” which focuses on the foundations paths on the Spanish Royal roads, which are being used to create the Camino de las Americas.

Join us on May 9, from 5:30-6:30 pm, at the National Shrine of Our Lady of la Leche, 101 San Marco Ave, as we embark on an academic Camino de Las Americas to discover past treasures in Indigenous Women’s history.
